At Trinity, we understand the word “ministry” to mean the work of the whole congregation in bearing witness to the love of God in Jesus Christ. Our staff works everyday on behalf of Trinity’s ministry by providing leadership, organization, and support to our members.

Bio:
Pastor Eugene Zaiser has served Trinity since 1999. Originally from California, he grew up on the East Coast, graduating from the University of Pennsylvania and the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. He was ordained in 1994. In 2023 Pastor Zaiser, graduated from United Lutheran Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry Degree. He lives in Bechtelsville with his wife Erika and their son Eugene. He enjoys reading and German folk dancing.
Karen J. Smith
Parish Secretary
Bio:
Karen has been Trinity’s Parish Secretary since 2004. Originally from Philadelphia, she now lives in Gilbertsville with her husband, daughter, and dog “Mandy”. She enjoys reading, shopping, watching the Phillies, and spending time with friends and family. She and her family are members of Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Bally.
Kathy Kuser
Treasurer
Bio:
A lifelong member of Trinity along with her husband Dan, Kathy serves as treasurer for the church. Kathy is also chairperson of the Social Ministry Committee. She and Dan served as host family contact for a Vietnamese family sponsored by the congregation in the late 1970's. They have four children adopted from overseas.
